Mostly great, minor improvements needed
This plugin is a solid addition to any WordPress site needing online booking capabilities. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, both for the administrator and the customer. I was able to get everything set up and running within a couple of hours, which was a huge plus. The customer support was also very responsive and helpful when I had a few questions. My only minor complaints are that the reporting features could be more robust, and the calendar display could use a little visual polish. Overall, though, this is a great plugin that does what it promises and I would recommend it.
