However, I encountered some issues with the backend management. The reporting features are quite basic, and I found it difficult to generate detailed reports on occupancy and revenue. Also, the integration with payment gateways wasn't as seamless as advertised; it took some extra work to get it functioning correctly. Customer support was responsive, but the solutions provided weren't always the most efficient. Overall, it's a functional system, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of reporting and payment gateway integration. I would recommend it with the caveat that you might need some technical skills to fully utilize its capabilities.
