Mostly smooth sailing, a few minor hiccups
I've been using this plugin for a couple of months now and overall, I'm pretty happy with it. The booking process is intuitive for both my staff and customers. Setting up the initial configuration was straightforward enough, although the instructions could benefit from a few more screenshots. I did run into a minor issue with the calendar integration – it sometimes struggled to display bookings accurately, requiring a page refresh. Also, the customer email confirmations could be a bit more polished; they look a little basic. However, the support team was responsive and helpful when I contacted them about the calendar problem, offering a quick workaround until a full fix is implemented. For the price, it's a decent plugin that does what it's supposed to do, with a few minor areas for improvement.
